Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted

Eligible Items

✔️ Cotton products (e.g., cotton garments, accessories)
✔️ Silk products (e.g., silk sarees, scarves, dress materials)

Conditions for eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

You may choose to exclude certain products, such as:

  • Customized or tailor-made items
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • personal hygiene items

Return Process

  1. Customer must raise a return request via the website/account section or email within the specified return period.
  2. Provide photos/videos of the item if the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong delivery.
  3. After verification, the customer will be instructed to ship back the product or arrange a pickup (if you offer this).

Refund or Store Credit

Refund Options:

  • Refund to original payment method once the returned item passes inspection.
  • OR Store credit/voucher redeemable for future purchases (optional, but many fashion sites offer this).

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Shipping & Charges

  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or wrong item received.
    (You can offer free pickup or return shipping as a customer-friendly option if financially feasible.)
  • Original delivery/shipping fees are usually non-refundable.

Damage & Defect Policy

If a product arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or incorrect
    Then the customer must inform Shopizo24 within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. A full refund or exchange will be processed upon verification.
